Our Process Styles

Washed

Clean, bright, tea-like clarity. The classic Kenyan profile; blackcurrant, citrus, and high acidity.

Natural

Whole cherry dried in the sun. Full body, intense fruit, berry sweetness and syrupy mouthfeel.

Red Honey

Most of the mucilage retained. Caramel richness with balanced sweetness and a wine-like complexity.

Anaerobic Fermentation

Sealed oxygen-free fermentation. Floral, tropical, and deeply aromatic our most adventurous cup.
